CHANGES AT RAZORSHARPE.NET

Hello My Friends.

You may have noticed some changes have been made to the website at Razorsharpe Publishing Enterprises.  The actual domain:  http://www.razorsharpe.net, had been indexed to point to the WordPress page for about the last year and a half or so.  Which means that when the domain address was entered into anyone’s browser it brought them directly to my blog.

I have now removed the indexing so that when you enter razorsharpe.net with or without the traditional “www.” it brings you to the main index or home page for the RazorSharpe Publishing Enterprises domain.

I’ve  done this in an effort to bring my website and blog into full operation, as a platform for truth and ministry.

Not to worry though, for those who enjoy following Paul George’s Blog, (Also FORMERLY Known As: DC Barah) it will still be available through the main landing page.

MORE THAN JUST A BLOG

At RazorSharpe we plan to bring you more access to The Bible. We also plan to deliver Research Tools & Resources, Ministry Content and Christian Merchandise as well.

To me, “Christian”, merchandise means just that, “Christian” Merchandise.  Product that is true to The Lord, uncompromising for love of the anointing of Christ.  Christian is a word that evolved from Christ. “Christos”, The Messiah, The Anointed One, The Promised One, The Savior.

Christian purely means “Christ-like” or little anointed ones.  I sincerely believe then, that any product that calls itself Christian or Christian-oriented must maintain the fidelity of the pure Spirit of The Lord.

My design then, for the merchandise made available through this website, is to stay true to that concept and only present product that represent in a way distinct in it’s nature evidencing separation from worldliness.

I love sharing my faith.  I have found that wearing a great t-shirt or buying someone something nice for a gift means so much more when that item has been decorated with a unique and compelling message of faith.  I am now getting ready to expand the availability of Christian merchandise through the RazorSharpe Publishing Enterprises Website.

Paul, don’t get too comfortable!

Exodus 5:18-23 Go therefore now, and work; for there shall no straw be given you, yet shall ye deliver the tale of bricks. And the officers of the children of Israel did see that they were in evil case, after it was said, Ye shall not minish ought from your bricks of your daily task. And they met Moses and Aaron, who stood in the way, as they came forth from Pharaoh: And they said unto them, The LORD look upon you, and judge; because ye have made our savour to be abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to slay us. And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Lord, wherefore hast thou so evil entreated this people? why is it that thou hast sent me? For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in thy name, he hath done evil to this people; neither hast thou delivered thy people at all.

The story of the Exodus is a story of miracles — yet in the beginning when Moses first appeared before Pharaoh to deliver the children of Israel from 400 years of slavery, the Israelites were severely tempted and became angry because of the initial hardships that were laid upon them.

They leveled their anger at Moses because suddenly they were told that they would have to gather their own straw for making bricks. They were concerned about offending their slave-masters, fearing that they would slay them.

The Israelites were so accustomed to their slavery that they didn’t want their lives disrupted despite the fact that freedom was at hand. Resigned to this miserable life, they utterly failed to apprehend or appreciate the freedom that was soon approaching. Yes, there was a temporary price: increased hardship and great pressure would set the stage for their final deliverance.

The same can happen to us. It has often been said “The darkest night is just before the dawn”…

Perhaps the enemy senses his impending defeat and pulls out all the stops to prevent it. Perhaps the Lord loves a good story with a really dramatic and climactic ending and great glory for His Name…in any case –

Paul, don’t let yourself remain accustomed to any form of bondage — seek and believe for the freedom that God has given us through His Son. Expect a life of great victory over sin and demonic oppression — Why? Because that is His promise to us!

Worthy News Brief – March 31, 2011
Paul, don’t be chicken!

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

While walking through the forest one day, a farmer found a young eagle who had apparently fallen out of his nest. He took it home and put it in his barnyard with his chickens and there it stayed for years. It wasn’t long before the little eagle learned to eat and behave like the chickens.

One day a naturalist passed by the farm and saw the eagle confined in the barnyard with the chickens. When he inquired about this strange sight, the farmer told the man his story. “Unfortunately,” said the farmer, “the poor little guy just never learned to fly.” “Still,” the naturalist sighed, “he has the heart of an eagle and can surely be taught. Will you allow me to work with him?” The farmer agreed, but with much disbelief.

The naturalist picked up the eagle and lifted him toward the sky and said, “You belong to the sky and not to the earth. Stretch forth your wings and fly.” The eagle, however, was confused. He did not know who he was, and seeing the chickens eating their food, he jumped down to be with them again. The naturalist took the bird to the roof of the house and urged him again, saying, “You are an eagle. Stretch forth your wings and fly.” But the eagle was afraid and jumped down once again to be with his chicken friends. Finally the naturalist took the eagle out of the barnyard to a high mountain. There he held the king of the birds high above him and encouraged him again, saying, “You are an eagle. You belong to the sky. Stretch forth your wings and fly!” The eagle looked around, back towards the barnyard and then up to the sky. Slowly, he stretched his wings, and with a triumphant cry, he soared away into the heavens.

Somewhere along the line, we like this poor young eagle, were put in a lowly barn with the chickens of the world around us. We learned to live and eat from the ground and grew up believing that there was not much more to do than sit and cluck all day.

But the reality is that we are eagles! We were created to fly and even soar! God has great purpose for our lives! If we would only realize who we are in Him!

Paul, let’s remember who we are today and stop acting like chickens! We are the head and not the tail! We are Kings and Priests! We have great things to do for the Kingdom!

Your family in the Lord with much agape love,

George, Rivka, Elianna & Obadiah

Embarrassing Moments

Ugh, I'm so embarrassed!

Major setbacks to our career, our projects, our relationships are experienced at times, due to embarrassing moments.

The cure?  Knowing it also happens to lots of other people.

It helps to know you are not alone.  Spend a bit of time looking through some resources on embarrassment and discover that it’s not all that bad.

If it’s happened to you in the past or recently, it’s now time to get over it.  Time to move on and take the journey from a feeling of guilt and shame to learning to laught at yourself.  You might even learn to cherish the memory and use it around the water cooler to encourage someone else who hangs their head every time the subject of embarrassing moments comes up.
